Terms of UseDescription: The Camden Post (TCP) is contemporary new media, where editorial/publishing is solely the function of user/user groups (USER) who bring video content into a central web site, which is then published on a frequency for the benefit of the community. Content is published on a fee or membership basis (See fee schedule below). By bringing together content, and providing editorial, as well, archives, the ability of the community to know, relate, learn, understand what is happening in the community, enhances and benefits the community. This is called Video Community Building (VCB).Other than editorial content, that which helps to define the community, all content is produced by user/user groups as membership, uploaded in a public video web site, such as Youtube, for embedding in user/usergroup web site, and, embedded in TCP Stream. The Stream is segment edited for content assessment, where sound and image add dimensions of value. The user/user group will not hold TCP liable for misrepresentation of segment, unless the segment is stipulated, or, about placement in the stream. Videos will be placed chronologically, as received. It is USER responsibility to specify appropriateness of timing that a video appear. TCP is not liable for content of USER videos. TCP reserves the right to exercise judgment over appropriateness in regard to community. Any deviation from Video Community Building will result in a warning, then expulsion and removal of all USER content. Register: In order to view content, users must register email/password. Email will not be shared. It be used for notification of publishing. Publishing content will be as frequent as video come in to be included in a block, or, a time frequency such as bi-weekly. Membership: User/user groups must register and pay a fee/video or memership fee, with limitation on videos, and charges for additional videos. No member will be allowed to 'tsunmi' videos, bearing in mind the community needs for balance. Production: TCP does not have reporters, or videographers, employed to capture events, lectures, familiarization videos, events, or other community content. In the contemporary mode, everyone has this capability to record/edit videos. Video in the context of group identification within the community, is the way to CHANGE. Optimistically, the end is not yet the vision, but how can we not seek a more exciting display of the human parade. TCP has produced this, a model of possibility issue. Video people are found in every age group, high school students, and a listing of people who are available for hire will be listed. Advertisers: Business memberships may insert videos as advertising blocks adjacent to individual videos, unless advertising can be construed in the public interest, such as support of an event, wine tastings, art shows, music venue, or anthing that brings community together. Religious groups are defined as community, governed by USER rules. |
